“Texas Flags, Stars and Fireworks” may be seen at Bush International Airport by the Economic Summit Pillars. “Worldwide” and “Cowboys in the City” may be seen at Eleanor Tinsley Park (in the Houston Medical District) by the Henry Moore statue there.
Jay Leno and The Tonight Show get a kick out of it!
Stephanie's handiwork appeared on a February 2007 airing of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno during Jay's opening monologue. Of course, he and his video editors had a little fun with those giant boots:
"...Houston's 75th Livestock Show and Rodeo starts in two weeks and local artists have created giant cowboy boot sculptures to promote it..." ![]() |
"...and officials are worried about people damaging the artwork, so they installed a special security system. Take a look..." ![]() |
